Summary of meeting Tuesday 3rd March
(Present PH, CV, CL)

In the meeting we had a general discussion around how to proceed with the BCAN Co-ordinator role. It was noted that the role would be different to when Steve Abbot was in post.

In moving forward there were three main streams of focus for the role:
- continue the practical work of BCAN between meetings (organisational bread & butter - stuff that needs to happen on a regular basis, organising meetings, taking and communicating minutes, action points, etc)
- orientation (getting to grips with certain topics, pastoral forum, homelessness forum, funding, ISR, visiting projects, David Maggs, etc)
- communications & events processes, looking at BCAN publicity and also the processes around BCAN events

MOVING FORWARD/IN PARTICULAR
- Paul Hazelden to act as line manager
- O.5 time of role will based at Hope's Place office on Park St (usually Tuesday am)
- Weekly(?) gradual process of induction/orientation
- Meeting the Projects (aim to meet and begin understanding & building relationships with existing projects/ministries)
- Looking Forward/Looking Back (weekly top three priorities & feedback on previous week's to be mailed to line manager)
- once a month extended time to catch up with Line Manager
- seek to develop some 'natural rhythms', routines for people to follow
